I was not born and raised in The Carson Tahoe area. I grew up on the East Cost but My daughter was born and raised here as well as other close family members. I have called the Eastern Sierras home since 2005.

Over the past few years, we have seen this area become very desirable due to large companies moving into the Reno area, and we have half of Lake Tahoe. The demand for homes in this area is still high, making it a competitive market. We will see what 2027 brings.

This will highly depend on your needs and personal preference. Reno, the biggest little city,opportunities near large cities, is becoming a big city. Where Carson is large but still has a small town feel. You will find more job opertiniys near large city’s so there is that. What are your needs?

The location alone is a great reason to move to the Carson Valley small-town feel with many opportunities all around. With plenty of great outdoor activities for all. With lake Tahoe a short drive away.

I am most fimular with this area it is where I call home for for past 20+ years. I do know parts of Reno and the suraounding areas of washoe county including Incline. I also spent a lot of time in the virgian city highlands. I was a care taker of a house there. I know the area well the pros and cons.

Yes and no, some parts of the valley are prone to frequent gusts of wind. The whole valley can have winds, but it is dependent on the time of day and season. It is not always windy.

I got my license in July of 2026 but I am not stranger to the real estate game and negotiations. following the market has been a hobby of mine since 2005. It was not untill 2026 when I was able to finaly dive into realestate proffessionaly it is no longer a hobby.

Genoa and minden are my favorites I am a small town kind of lady. That said Reno is amazing with all that it has to offer with enter tainment shoping and outdoor acitivies. There is something for everyone in Reno.

I do know a few property managers. I myself worked for a property managment company running the day to day operation for the Airbnbs that the company managed. I should have my Property managment license this fall/winter 2026.

I have 4 years experiance over seeing AIrbnb properties and this is a choice you need to make there are some big pros and cons to why you shouldn’t or should. I can tell you all about it. I know what the permit process is for all counties around the lake and Washoe. I am a great resorce for VHR homes.

My love of houses and property started early. My mom was a real estate agent for a short perid in the late 80s she did not make it in the bussness I learned first hand how dificult this bussiness can be to become successful. This is why I waited till the time was right for me to be able to focus on building my business. I want to be the agent my mom dreamed of being. Most of all I do enjoy helping people and I believe in home ownership being a great investment. But it is an investment that is so much more than just money its a home where memoroies are made.

I am a house manager for some multi millon dollar homes at Lake Tahoe. I helped owner get their property on a TV show. I have hosted celebrities at some of the homes during celebrity golf. In my past job I did work at high end resturants where I served A list cleberites and extreamly weathy guests. I am no stranger to the type of clinets that would be buying luxuary homes. We all need to start somewhere.

Overland, It is historic and the food is great. That is my favorite resturant in the Valley.
